Augustine's Theology of Heaven
Augustine's final treatise on the City of God deals with corporeal and posthumous resurrection. He argues that all human beings possess a limit of perfection, in that they are conceived and born with it. In heaven people would be exactly Christ's physical form upon their moment of death. Augustine continues to work out why Plato and neo-platenism are wrong about bodily resurrection.
