Make your customer avatar a real person, somebody you know. So I'm going to give you an example, a real life example. Mike Vardy runs another podcast called the Productivitist. He's really a real guy. Look him up. Google and Mike Vardy. He uses webinar ninja. And if I wanted to, I can get on a Skype call with Mike and say, hey, Mike, do you mind taking 10 minutes? I'd like to just learn a little bit about you because I think you're a good example of a customer avatar. You have a real person that can give you real information about who they are.
