The Importance of Ownership in Real Estate
The most valuable asset to us in real estate is people. People were the most scarce of all of the resources that we need to be real estate investors, especially when it comes to manual labor. Do not expect a discount on a property unless it's pretty dilapidated. Why would I be a turnkey provider for other people who end up 100% owner of the work that I deliver on? This is a very good question.
