How to Get Your Brain Ready to Talk in 30 Seconds

In 30 seconds we can get the brain to get into a more calm, more more relaxed, more integrated state. So it's wonderful that you're walking in that people find what feels good to their body. That's one of the big things that we that what i really talk about in our group, is that we have to go back and find comfort for our body. If our body is not comfortable, that means that we're really having to work extra hard at everything that we're doing.
