The Emotional Side of Our Minds

Mr. Spock was very good, which you present him with things like falling in love with somebody or fancying somebody and he just didn't compute. So that was the whole conceit there. And it was a really clever piece of script writing. But if you think that you construct a world around Dr. Spock, you get everything wrong. You can predict logical trajectories of mathematical ideas, which is great fun. But it doesn't tell you anything about how the world works.
