Women in the Workforce

I recognize that there's some issues as a woman that I can't relate to or deal with. So I'd refer them out to a colleague who's been a successful CEO herself. Women in the workforce, there's always the issue of the fine line of self-confidence versus being arrogant and being pushy. Don't limit yourself as a female professional to only have women in your network because I think that can backfire.
