The specific properties that you're looking for in those three markets are built after 19 70, their class c and they have some sort of value ad component. I want to break down each of those items and your business plan with these properties. For the first one, whyBuilt after 19 70? Why not 19 65 or 19 80, or really any other year? Why 19 70?
