Who Is the God of the Old Testament?
C. S. Lewis said there will be books in the new creation, but only ones you'll have are those you lent to people and never got back. Why couldn't Jesus have remained on earth in his newly resurrected body as the first arise from the dead? He could still have given the Holy Spirit to the believers. The ascension is a leaving while Paul talks about if Christ is in you, he knows what he's up against. Richard Dawkins: God does want us to know that heaven is not a long way away.
