Democracy Is Better Than Monarchy

In Australia, the United Kingdom, we are constitutional monarchies. Rulers need to be elected because they make the rules and that's what voting is about. The Queen of England is not a ruler. She does not make rules. And it doesn't really matter who holds the chair of head of state. It could be anyone, but you know, we have this unelected person. Could there be improvements? Of course. What are they? That's difficult to say. This is same like monarchy has high growth of development rate because of their fast decision making but democracy does not.
