The book is a chronology of YouTube from its founding, through some of the huge moments we've experienced with YouTube recently. There was a like the campus shooting where the scrunchled creator came with a gun to YouTube in 2018. So there was just a lot of narrative built into this story. I also think my hope is that it's a dark comedy in many ways. Like the people at YouTube and Google are idealistic about the internet. The YouTube was like an underdog taking on Hollywood and all the conventions of Hollywood. And then within a few short years, you know, there's this whiplash where it becomes like big tobacco and YouTube is accused of radicalization and traumatizing
