Is Whole Grain Flour a Whole Food?

In a new study, the Journal of American College of Cardiology looked at 116,000 people who are baseline had no chronic disease. They gave positive scores to plant-based foods and they gave negative or reverse scores to animal foods. Those who adhered to a more whole food plant-based diet were found to have substantially lower coronary heart disease. Whole foods plant-based is where we all need to be striving to be.
