One of the incubators aims is to help other food oters avoid the mistakes harmedy made by building strong roots from which they can explore desruptive new ideas. In two thousand 16 homdy founded the tent partnership for refugees. Over 200 companies signed up to the partnership with the aim of in hiring people whose own lives have been uprooted.

He turned a small Upstate New York town into an epicenter of Greek yogurt by mobilizing a community to revive a mothballed dairy plant.
