Alcohol and Pregnancy
The idea that these absolute, binary prescriptions that you would get from people about what you should and should not do actually existed across this wide spectre of risks. That's what stuck with me. I must have told dozens of people, both like, read this book, and also, think about how hard it is to study alcohol and pregnancy. It requires all these surveys, et cetera. So i feel like, even though that shouldn't be the main thing you take away, i didn't take away all. But it was actually a tremendous relief.
