The SEC Blocks a D Whack Merger
A year and a half ago, D whack filed to merge with another company. Senator Elizabeth Warren started screaming about some In proprietary improprieties in the business dealings prior to the merger announcement. After that, there were investigations opened and enforcement's been blocking the merger. The chairman of the SEC Gary Gensler was Hillary Clinton's chief finance officer during her campaign which is a complete conflict of interest. And so we are in this position where there's multiple illegal and unethical activities going on inside the SEC. They are completely criminal and they will not, and that they seem to believe they're above the law.
