I'm actually really curious how this differs from a traditional kind of corporate takeover or restructuring process. You can't come in and take a majority share because everyone would say, wow, it's VZ own,. So you get a preserve that decentralization and at the same time you got to contend with every single one who holds like $2 of sushi is going to have a say on the forum as well. How do you filter through all that noise? How do you push things through without compromising on, without some of those tools that you would have at your disposal in a traditional takeover?
