What Is a Hurricane?

A hurricane is actually like a three d thing. Is not just a swirl, like the air in the bottom is swirling inwards, but the air inthe upper atmosphere is swirling outwards. And so that's why, as the earth warms up and we get more hot spots and hotter spots in the ocean, we get more and more dramatic hurricanes. Well, let's get into whether or not something like that can happen out in outer space, maybe in other planets, or in our galaxy.
