In real estate and small business, the golden rule is knowing when to take quality over quantity. A very good deal doesn't necessarily move the needle in a significant way for anybody. My brother's lawn care company did 100 grand revenue this year; I think he did around 140 150. He works 30 hours a week, 32 weeks a year and spends the other 20 weeks playing golf with me. It's not about getting it done plus number of cold calls: It's about getting it got done right.
