Introduction

Father Mike Schmitz: It is Day 193 and we are reading from Isaiah chapters 3 and 4. Also Tobit chapter 3 and 4 in Proverbs chapter 9 verses 13 through 18. As I said yesterday, today we're going to talk a little bit about where did this book of Tobit come from? There's a rumor out there that you Catholics have maybe, I don't know, 73 books in your Bible,. whereas non-Catholics have 66 books in their Bible. And so what's the story behind that? I will do my best to recount that tale as best I can today.
