"I was bored out of my mind and I think you liked it a little more than me, but do at least understand that perspective," he said. "It's weirdly nasty and dour in all the wrong ways." The film is based on Dracula by Bram Stoker who wrote the book about the story. It opens with some opening text telling you exactly what happens.
