The level of distrust in society, lots of other things have changed as well. And so people don't trust decision makers as much as they used to. Now we have to make sure that they are part of the decision making process. I find that leaders are people who make the hard painful choices. It's just consistently the right choices, not justMaking them because they're painful would not be helpful.
