The biggest one that's ever been completed is a guy called Mike Keith has anagrammed the complete text of Moby Dick. But there was a person who did do it all by himself which was Richard Brody and he made an anagram of Battle of the Books by Jonathan Swift. And that's 42,000 letters, 42,177 letters.
