The Contradiction in the Claim That There Could Be an Infinite Series of Causes
There cannot be something, an infinite series of causes. The notion is incoherent. It's like square circle. So we've got to figure out what is going on here. A coiness would say, hey, it's metaphysically possible that that domino chain could be tipping down for all eternity. We're not going to be able to prove whether or not that's the case. so he's talking about a different sort of causal series than this.
