Is There a Better Way to Do It?

Sebastian Gorka says giving free money is not the way to do it. He suggests a low interest rate loan that baybe has some warrants in, and then maybe we get some warrants in intal or whoever we give the money to. If i'm on the board of intail, i'm not going to make a ten billion dollar fab investment because I don't think there will be any profits down the road from such an investment. The rational capitalist decision is to offshore manufacturing for intal It is irrational for them, from a business perspective, from a fenuciary perspective, to onshore manufaory. That doesn't really solve the problem.
