History Creates Generations, Right?

Every 80 to 90 years or so we have this major conflict period called the fourth turning, or a crisis. People look around and they realize that all the institutions are failing. So what happens? We realize that we need a sacrifice. The mood right now is like the greatest need in the world is to fix the outer world. And people care about it a lot.
