Therapy Helps When You Need It
i've always, always open about my anxiety and depression. And i go to therapy off and on when i feel like i need it. Thereare people listening that are depressed. They don't even recognize that they're specially right now. Everybody's dealing with a lot more mental health crises than they know of. I love what you said about being andpathetic is having compassion. It's just sort of ang and like ida,. i may not know all those social rules, but it's easy if you just go like, what would i feel like in this moment, if i what would ifeel like? I need it, because i have been there.
