Is the Mozart Group the West's Answer to the Wagner Group?

A New York Times article talked about the shadowy group known as the Mozart group. It said that besides our crowd funding, they were funded by a group of East Coast, Jewish, Ukrainian American business men and an unnamed Texas tycoon. Now, my journey led me to thinking about black water that became Academy. And from Academy, it was bought over by something called the constellis group. But within that group, they have got their private military military contractor wing called the U.S. director wing. The Department of Defense can only account for 39% of its overall expenditures and assets.
