Are You Sure You Want to Airdrop Everybody Twelve Hundred Dollars?

Fear is a fundamental motivation for action. For so much of our human behavior is is one four letter word, fear. When that fear becomes so accidential and so overwhelming, it changes behaviour so dramatically. And you now it will. It is powerful. But i think, unfortunately, my scepticism that anybody will actually do the work is low. My scepticism is high. Um, we we have an incredible thing that we can try to understand about crisis response.
