How Do You Turn Teachers Into Good Coaches?

So we've talked about three challenges of making teachers into good coaches. How did you kind of introduce that one, the kind of booklet of action steps and two, this way of giving feedback? Did you just kind of run this in whole school PDs or similar? Yeah. So it's pretty much like coaching on the coaching. You follow, you break down the coaching process into small steps, you model it and then you get people to practice the steps and make a perfect sense.
