The only thing that can be done is ur there going to cut benefits, you're going to increase taxes and try to make the government have an economic program that's going to have higher economic growth. Cutting spending is very difficult to do; increasing spending is easy to do. We spend about 800 billion dollars a year on military expenditures,. more than the other top 20 countries combined spend on military expenditures.
