Next question from derrick hanson, and he asks your thoughts on this. I try not to do too hard a strength training until people are able to execute the technical component i want them to execute. Unless that technical component, of course, desires strength or is needed in orderor tot to happen. And then a thoughts on the olympic livt specifically verses, like a hax bar jump or something else in the programme. Ye, and derryck asks really big questions, sand good ones. So my take on strength training in ilits stay in track in field for a little bit. We get very strong, but we get very fast and powerful too.
