What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the non-judgmental awareness at the present moment as you experience it through your senses, thoughts, and feelings. There's no underlying resource that we all gave access to that suggests that mindfulness is an important practice. Mindfulness is about knowing yourself, understanding how you react to stuff, and then managing those reactions better. It's like a bicep: You have to exercise it.
