The Negative Consequences of a War
There were no official Russians and far fewer of the German. There also seemed to be fewer people from the PRC there but I'm not sure whether that is that was pandemic related or whether that was a general freeze factor vis-a-vis the non-Western constituency. Support for the sanctions support for Ukraine was markedly lower in the non-aligned space than it was in the west. A lot of support for the idea that you know we need to sink more systematically about how we engage that part of the world so that's definitely a factor.
