The Fed's Predictions for Hitting 2% Interest Rates

The Fed is going to look for a series of consistent disinflationary reports that are bringing the year over year as well as other measures of inflation down toward target. And again, I think sometimes the markets look at a shorter list of criteria than the Fed does. But it does beg the question, how will they become convinced that the path is pretty certain to 2%.
