Take a deep breath in and reach both arms to the sky, reaching as high as you possibly can. And then on the exhale, fold forward at the waist and just let everything hang towards the ground. Release your neck. Our necks are very sensitive, especially in the morning. Do this very gently. Now straighten back out. Okay, now that you're standing, let's do a couple more quick stretches.
