Many times the best thing to do is to just do less and do thabut i think that this is a great example of where sometimes the best way so look like let's return to an assumed goal of everybody with cycling. To achieve more balance in mental health, cause that's at the bite gives you. For some people, that's getting faster a whatever it might be. And if your goal is to do that, logically we think, i must do more to get more of the outcome. But sometimes just doing less actually gets us more in the end.
