Most real whole foods you advocate for are one two three maybe four percent linoleIC acid and these seed oils are upwards of 70 75 percent linoleic Acid. That particular fatty acid oxidizes quite easily so it's very unstable when we consume it, like a grenade exploding into shrapnel in our bodies.
