Over time, the amount of caffeine I need to consume to feel away keeps going up. Is that because the adenosine is building up a tolerance to the caffeine? What's happening there? You know, when you look at high consumers of caffeine, I'm not sure anybody beats the military. That individual is not getting an adequate amount of sleep and it's sort of compounding a debt most likely.
