Margaret, you're offering far more telephone appointments than ever before. One of the things that breaks my heart is people who say, i'm not doing face to face appointments. We've been working all the way through a pendemic, seeing people who need to be seen face to face. But equally, we've also been trying to do as much remotely as possible. Trying to assesse a child over the phone is really difficult. You see parents as well, they want you to have seen their child. It's not enough to just have spoken to on the phone. Yes, i think everyone gets a bit more reassurance when they’re seen face-to-face.
