The Rise of Self-Extracting RAR Files

Self-extracting RAR files can be used to execute code as they're being expanded. The attacker can pretty much just include a simple Visual Basic script and then execute it as the files are being expanded. Maybe I have an interesting vulnerability in Waymo Smart Plucks. Not very common, I would hope, but certainly not unheard of.
