Dr. Keating: Post-doc is kind of an interesting, almost like a purgatory for scientists. Now it's become kind of like the hunger games difficulty getting to actually become a professor either here in the United States or in Europe. Even before this awful tragic COVID-19 emergency was incredibly challenging to get and it's becoming even more so unfortunately for my students who are entering into a job market. I'm fearful for the ones that are graduating into this very awful job market. Yeah I mean it brings us straight into the coronavirus and it's a fascinating area.
