Is There Any Ideological Competition?
There's this narrative about autocracy versus democracy. That's not actually a competition, right? There aren't. I think there is a pretty strong ideological component to these competitions, particularly the us. China competition. And so i do think that even when we're not in sort of a communism versus capitalism, or a sort of monachean a ideological contest, these ideological themes are never particularly far from the surface.
