It just seems like developers run city hall because the average person has so little power. Developers definitely have an outsized role in the machinations of the city, but outsize being relative to everybody else's power. And it seems to me that almost everyone in los angeles is ridiculously disempowered. But i guess, even on the inside, they just feel like he got reckless d he got reckless with it.
