The Importance of Tax Cuts for the Rich
Laffer: The term tax cuts for the rich is doubly fallacious. Laffer: Government cannot set tax revenue. They have no power to do this. This has happened throughout history, by the way, where the direction of the tax rate and the tax revenue moved in opposite directions. And it shows a lot of these things that we think are linear in one-to-one relationships are absolutely not.
