The Caveat to the Personal Use Rule

If you are spending the bulk of the day working on your property, there's some reason why you had to be there for business purposes. Then those days would not count as a personal use day. You have to be able to substantiate the fact that you worked a majority of the day or days that you were at the property. Don't just go to public and pick up supplies and think that your receipt is going to count as personal Use Day.
