Flexibility Is a Problem That's Still to Be Solved

Flexibility is something that a lot of companies are grappling with. I think giving autonomy an opportunity to your top performers will help insintivise them more than throwing more money at them. The big difference that we're talking about is, instead of having employees that y just have to sit there and stay until nine to five, now technology's enabled employees to be able to make a huge impact. So let them do that, and a lot of this stuff will figure itself out.
