Advice for Entrepreneurs

If you had the opportunity of sitting down that younger Oliver and being able to give that younger Oliver a piece of advice before launching a business, what would that be? I think there's a number of things that are really important and they are bespoke to the person because you want to make sure that just around it by ideas that are complementary to your own. You know, every entrepreneur has to be very confident in their own skills, right? Otherwise, why would you ever take the risk of doing something completely new? And one of our board members, hopefully once you may think that you can do everything 20% better than your team members... but you cannot do all of their jobs 20%
