How to Make Sure Your Elders Feel Like They Have Influence

Some people have the view that, well, I believe in a plurality of elders, the pastor is an elder, but the elders aren't pastors. And then you have some where you have, all right, I'm the senior pastor, you're the executive pastor,. You're the associate pastor and so on. So what do you do to make sure they all feel like they're having influence in the church? Well, that's, I'm going to have my other elders listen to this and see if they agree with that statement.
