Joseph: I started a word press maintenance company as kind of an experiment. Ultimately sold it, but was able to hire some word press developers who just had their emals open throughout the day. Paid them for every ticket that came through that they handled. You could set up something like that for some nice recurring revenue. That's a pretty hands on office for you. If you would prefer not do that, i think there's plenty of other fish in the sea.
