The judge was the voice that I just accepted on autopilot for so long. Once my coach had drawn my attention to how loud and dominant this voice was, the first thing that I did was name it. And then the next thing I did was actually find an image that described it. For me it was just like this gnarled blackened tree stump. This you know something that had been in a forest fire or something. It was just bleak and dead. So once I had a name and an image I was able to move that inner voice from the back of my head to right between my eyes where I couldn't not see it.
