Creating Clients as Loyalists

i reach back to joel, because if anybody knows it, joel would know. What he's talking about is the basic idea of just likeability. i've had always coaches and a mentors right throughout my career. So i would courage people have minters and have coaches. And one concerpt that was taught to me by dan sullivan many, many years ago. He told me they were these very soft skill things. But those soft skills are very generalist. If you apply them consistently, guess what? Im moing to be like. You know it that ryan. He's got it. Even tiger woods, right has has a coach.
